All Sales Are Final
Due to the handmade and perishable nature of our candles, all purchases are considered final at the time of sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any reason, including change of mind, buyer's remorse, or minor variations in scent, color, or burn performance (which can occur naturally with handcrafted items).
Exceptions
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your candle arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or a manufacturing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review on a case-by-case basis and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit (no cash refunds).
